| Expectations exceeded when working with Claremont Service Center to fix a very expensive major repair on our vehicle. The part I appreciate the most is their all-around balance between urgency and patience. I've had experiences with other shops who understandably seem to be in a big hurry, but so much that everything felt too rushed. I never sensed that here. The staff always took it upon themselves to take the necessary time to explain every update in detail, they provided multiple options for a solution, and answered all questions related to both the technical issues with the vehicle, and also the billing, and in the end even pointed out additional repairs that were needed (which were shown to me in-person). The next thing that I really appreciated was their courtesy car, which made the whole process easier than any way that can be measured, given that the vehicle being repaired was used for both personal and business use. Since getting the vehicle back I've taken it on three long trips with no issues. One was 200 miles round trip, another was 400 miles, and the last was 800. This was at least my third time bringing a vehicle here for repair, and each time has been a great experience. Overall I can't recommend Claremont Service Center enough. The thought of dealing with a major car repair during the holiday season while running an online retail business is enough to drive somebody mad, but the way they handled the situation made it a more positive experience than I could have ever expected. |
